Fach extraordinary concept for Bratislava

Fach Bread&Coffee is a place where you love to go for Sunday brunch, or for a good coffee. This place is well located right in city center on the corner of Zelena and Venturska street.

They don’t cook proper meals yet but they are opening their restaurant soon with pre-reserved 4 to 6-courde dinners as their waiter informed us on our last visit.

So when you are thinking to go out to grab something small to eat something which is different this is the right place to stop by.

I love that they are making their own bread which they serve with salted butter or as a part of other meals on the menu.

They offer breakfast menu till 2pm which is awesome where you can enjoy bread with poached egg, sweetbread or other breakfast delicious food.

If you are not keen on breakfast menu they always have some other options like soup, coal-baked potatoes, salad, sandwich or some warm dishes.

A part of being experts in bread preparation they do know about coffee too. It’s delicious, especially their cappuccino is like a small desert. But they will not serve you decaff coffee as that’s not a real coffee so just that you know:).

What I like about this place is the service, there are not many places in Bratislava where you meet people which like their job, they are gonna help you, are there for you as you are a customer. At Fach I do feel like that, I feel like I can relax and it will be taken care of me and I will be happy leaving this place satisfied I spend my money well. 

Why i find this place extraordinary is because they don’t make mainstream choices, you won’t get cheesecake there but they will offer you their homemade cinnamon or cardamom bullar or a sweet bread. They are not scared to offer on their menu bread with butter and bread which is just simple homemade bread with quality salty butter. They don’t bring you menu which you have to study for an hour but a simply selection of unique dishes which you don’t know how they will taste, but they always surprise you with what they are.

And I personally like to be educated, surprised and taken care of.
