Prague in Winter

This Prague trip took place in winter, for my Bday with 3 amazing girls, which loves food the same way i do...so it was fun and full bellies all time long…in this post you find breakfast places we visited, as for dinner we choose our favorite place Wine food market about which you can find out more in this post - January in Prague

Cafefin

Amazing breakfast place in my most favorite area Jiriho z Podebrad, right next to the weekly Farmers market and the main square Jiriho z Podebrad.
Important info, the place don’t take reservations so you have to be lucky to find space free, but it’s worth waiting for. They offer delicious coffee, amazing breads, baguettes homemade yogurts and breakfast bowls. We tried the homemade yogurt with passion fruit and it was the best yogurt I ate. The food is visually lovely to look at and yummy as well, perfect place for Insta-gramers/lovers.
As we found out Cafefin is a first café of Pho Vietnam Tual Lan brand, which belongs to one of the top Vietnamese gastronomy in Prague. So next time I will be there I will try their Vietnamese dishes too.

Antoninovo pekarstvi

Antoninovo pekarstvi is a bakery chain where you can grab a fresh bakery on the go or stop by for lunch or breakfast. We stopped and had brunch there, tried some bread with spreads, homemade traditional cakes while watching bakers preparing fresh bread.

Café Letka

This place I wanted to visit for a while. Finally the time came and before leaving Prague we stopped there for breakfast. At first we couldn’t find it, as the entry is shared with Theater so it confused us a bit – when you spot the name “divadlo” that’s the place where you wanna be, underneath is written café Letka but we didn’t spot it while driving around. The place is very small so you are lucky to grab the spot to sit. Menu is not wide but food is very nice, they serve coffee from Five Elephant in Berlin, freshly toasted sandwiches, a rotating variety of local cakes, natural homemade lemonades, and award winning Czech beer from Matuska brewery.
